Danielle Devine LMT,
Beyond 500 RYT
In my early twenties, embarking on a soul-searching journey, I began my exploration of holistic healing at the Southwest Institute for the Healing Arts. There, I delved into the realms of massage therapy, bodywork, and energy healing modalities. This transformative experience ignited a passion for yoga within me, prompting me to pursue further knowledge in this ancient practice.
Enrolling in my first 200-hour yoga training in Scottsdale, Arizona, I immersed myself in the teachings of Ashtanga and Yin yoga styles. Eager to deepen my understanding of modifying poses to accommodate individual limitations, I pursued training in Iyengar Yoga, mastering the art of tailoring yoga postures to suit diverse body types and needs.
After over two decades of dedicated practice, my quest for profound wisdom led me to the acclaimed Anand Mehrotta of the Sattva Yoga Academy, a revered master from the Himalayas.
Under his tutelage, I discovered the integrative approach of yoga, a transformative journey that has enriched my life and expanded my consciousness towards love and growth.
Apart from my spiritual pursuits, I hold a degree in Athletic Training and Sport Psychology from West Virginia University, a foundation that led me to a fulfilling career at a physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. Collaborating closely with physical therapists, I honed my skills in treating acute and chronic dysfunctions, integrating hands-on modalities into my healing practice.
Continuing my educational odyssey at the Southwest Institute for the Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, I deepened my expertise in massage therapy and ventured into my second yoga teacher training at Studio Panterra in Westfield, New York. Here, I embraced the significance of alignment and prop usage to make yoga accessible to all individuals, fostering inclusivity and empowerment in my teachings.
Forever a student of the practice, I am profoundly grateful to the lineage of yoga masters and teachers whose wisdom continues to guide and inspire me. In my classes, I aim to impart these transformative practices, encouraging my students to expand their hearts and consciousness, and to embark on their own journey of self-discovery with openness and playfulness.

Karen Heckel-Marmorato RYT 500
I discovered yoga in 2005 when my son went to college. I was no longer going with him to wrestling practice every night and tournaments every weekend. It was time for a new chapter. I knew nothing about yoga. For the longest time when the teacher would say Namaste I thought they where saying have a nice day. Yoga started out as a physical asana practice.
I was there for a work out, going to Bikram class 7 times a week multiple times a day. My first teacher training was Baron Baptiste Hot Power Yoga teacher training level one in 2007. I loved yoga, the teachers, the students. I wanted to learn more. A friend told me to take class at a studio close to my home with a Jivamukti teacher. I said what is Jivamukti? The rest is history. I fell in Love with the Jivamukti method and my teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life!
In 2008 I completed the month long 300 hour teacher training.
In 2010 I completed Jivamukti 800 hour apprenticeship program. I was honored to teach at Jivamukti in NYC and NJ where I meet many great students, friends, teachers, including my spiritual teacher/adviser/friend Joshua M. Greene who opened up the world of Bhakti. My chanting, cooking, ayurvedic teacher/friend Divya Alter, who has opened the world of ayurvedic teachings, family and friends.
The yoga teacher is always a student. Some studies include Jivamukti, The Bhakti Center NYC, Omega NY, Satchidanananda Ashram Yogaville, Prana Center Ca., The Himalayan Institute Pa. My husband and I moved to Lakewood to be closer to our son and daughter-in-law. We look forward to becoming part of and contributing to the community. I look forward to being part of the Eight Limbs family, teaching students, sharing knowledge and making friends. Loka Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.

Diana Pobreski Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Kirti Jotdeva Kaur — The angelic and radiant Princess-Lioness of God — is recognized and honored for her sacred life’s work: inspiring, uplifting, and elevating others on their healing and spiritual awakening journeys.
Kirti Jotdeva’s path to yoga began through her own deep personal healing, intertwined with her professional work as a licensed social worker. Dedicated to trauma recovery, she cultivated extensive clinical skills integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit modalities to support healing in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings.
While in graduate school, she attended a Mindfulness-Based training at Omega Institute with Susan Woods and Zindel Segal. There she was introduced to mindful yoga — a practice she began integrating into her clinical work at a time when such approaches were not yet mainstream in mental health care.
In 2011, while attending a Mind-Body Skills training at Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Kirti Jotdeva experienced her first Kundalini Yoga class. The experience ignited a profound inner calling. She set a clear intention that one day she would become a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga instructor — first to deepen her own healing, and then to share this powerful technology with others.
In 2019, through what she describes as Divine orchestration, she completed her Level One Teacher Training at The Soul of Yoga, becoming both Yoga Alliance and KRI certified. Shortly after certification, she began teaching Kundalini Yoga at Eight Limbs Yoga. Within weeks, the global shutdown paused in-person teaching — yet it opened the doorway to a profound two-year spiritual awakening and expansion that continues to unfold.
Now, in what she recognizes as the dawning of the Aquarian Age, Kirti Jotdeva feels called to return to teaching and support humanity’s elevation in consciousness. Through Kundalini Yoga and Tantric Numerology, she offers practical and mystical tools to help individuals raise their vibration and embody their highest potential.
In addition to teaching yoga, Kirti Jotdeva works in private practice offering personalized Tantric Numerology reports, designing individualized sadhana practices aligned with each client’s numerological blueprint, and providing biomagnetism sessions. She is also a devoted mother who homeschools her children, studies homesteading practices, gardens, and prepares wholesome food with intention and care.
Kirti Jotdeva Kaur is honored to walk beside others on the path of awakening — guiding, inspiring, and contributing to the upliftment of collective consciousness.
